"the one that also knows why he´s doing something, will always lead those who only knows what they do".
this can seem a bit hard to understand at first when you read it, but if I explain with some examples, then you´ll know exactly. take a doctor; some knows just what to do, but then you one day meet an engaged doctor who also know why he is doing this, he wants to save lives or he really wants to help people to quality. you can feel that he really cares. or a teacher´s why that is he really wants to help raise the children to find and use their potential, you know he´s much more positive and active than the one that only knows what to do.
So why will help you stay motivated from the inside, it will inspire you and help you keep on going even those tough days, even when obstacles arise. You get passionated when you find your "why"
