After 10 hours intensive leadership training today I am now ready for bed, but I´m at the same time so really excited.I have worked many, many years with leadership and been training other also a long time, but this McCarthy is really a fantastic company, and many things I´ve known and teached others about I had to do myself today...:), otherwise you know the saying "the shoemaker´s daughter...", so today I have made written paths for my "why" in life, I have made a life balance sheet and I have seen my own direction in life and developed my own "trademark" and seen new ways of possibilities and inspiration.
