Yes, that´s true, God didn´t create a "nobody", only a "somebody". And our lives are connected to each other. To find your right place in life, help other find theirs... If you just chase to fill your own desires, if you try to run to be at the top, you´ll sooner or later find yourself at the top alone. And what is it worth then, if you don´t have someone to share it with, if you have run over everybody and ruined your relationships? Nothing.
No, if you want to succeed, help someone else succeed first, if you want to the top, make sure you help others to the top first and then you´ll bring as many as possible with you. If you are lonely, find someone you can bring friendship and blessings to. Turn away all the focus from yourself towards others and you´ll be closer to your meaning of life everyday.
