Money

I want to talk a little about money. Money is a subject on everybodys mind, more or less. Especially if you lack money you know what I´m talking about. Because if you don´t have money you think about them all the time and where to get them from. But also if you have so you manage you can be busy thinking you need more, or you can somewhat be passive and think you don´t need more (or isn´t worth more...). And if you have much money, your character also need to be developed, so you use the money wisely. Too many rich people become greedy and end up destroying their lives and their relationships. And then people blame that on money. But money itself is neutral, not bad. It is the love of money that is the root to all evil. We need to love God and love ourselves and love one another, not money, not things, not position. Then we can understand that we can be thankful (even though we have little money) and we can handle it when we get rich (so we don´t start rely on money..).
Money can be used for so many good things that it would be selfish to say that we don´t want more of it. Because even though you don´t want things, you can use money to bless others. Maybe you have kids and can pay for their educatioon, maybe you got parents that are retired and could need financial support, maybe you have much money and can use it for orphants, poor people around the world, to help prevent and occur diseases..... and so on. Money is the tool that can be used in so many different areas, so stop saying you are satisfied (be thankful where you are, but always try to develop and say "yes" to receiving more and start dreaming on where you gonna use the money you get, to be a blessing to others), because to say you are satisfied means you have stopped your creativity and development and put yourself in a comfort zone where you don´t belong!!

heard just something great by Jim Rohn- opportunity attracts talent, skills and not needs. If you want opportunities in your life you´d better upgrade your skill, show your talents and use them. The more you use them, the more opportunities you will find coming your way. But if you are just focusing on your needs, they will not show up. That´s why so many people lacking money have difficulties finding and seeing opportunities coming their way, because they are just focusing on the problems and then , unfortunately, more problems is what you will get. What you focus on will grow and you will get more of that. So focus on your skills and passion and they will grow and you´ll find opportunities coming your way.

give it all

Don´t give it all you got, give it all it takes.
Sometimes when we want to achieve something, we put in all our effort and try hard, and when that doesn´t work we quit and give up. Instead, decide to give it all it takes and never take quitting as an option. Maybe you don´t have to put in all your time and all your effort but you have to make those small changes everyday and those small steps every day and be persistent.

If you have dreams you need to let go off your safety for it to come true. We usually stay where we are safe, called the comfort zone, because we are scared of letting go and try something new. But if you stay there you will never succeed and live an extraordinary life either. The most common thing is also that people completely stop dreaming at all. They have stayed so long where they are safe and comfortable that they start saying to themselves "well, this is my dream, I don´t want anything else than this in life". I think that´s a big lie!!! sorry, but I do believe we are all created into greatness, and we are all created to dream, achieve, develope...but because we´re hurt, because we´ve failed, because we´re scared we more and more stop doing things, stop trying things and we stop dreaming in order to protect ourselves from being disappointed. But I want to encourage you to take hold of your life, start seeing what´s in it or you, start believe, achieve and take one step at a time into the unknown. I´m here to support you!! I believe in you!

believe and you can achieve. No one is ready for a thing until they believe they can aquire it. Open-mindedness is essential for belief. Listened to Bob Proctor yesterday. I have also red the book by Napoleaon Hill: Think and grow rich". I can recommend that book. Because I believe there is so much greatness hidden in human beings and 95% lives a life, that is not their best at all. So start dare to believe!!

Now it´s evening in Vegas. Tomorrow I´ll be listening to Darren Hardy, Dr Mehmet Oz, Bob Proctor and more. That ´ll be great. I hope you are also enjoying your life and do things you want to do and experience. The only time we can´t get back is time, so spend your time and your life well, it´s valuable. what a life:). I am enjoying in Las Vegas with my husband. Soon starts the Vemma conference but we´ve had time to shop, and see David Copperfield and Grand Canyon. You have to take time to build on your relationships also:)

your life has a meaning

Yes, that´s true, God didn´t create a "nobody", only a "somebody". And our lives are connected to each other. To find your right place in life, help other find theirs... If you just chase to fill your own desires, if you try to run to be at the top, you´ll sooner or later find yourself at the top alone. And what is it worth then, if you don´t have someone to share it with, if you have run over everybody and ruined your relationships? Nothing.
No, if you want to succeed, help someone else succeed first, if you want to the top, make sure you help others to the top first and then you´ll bring as many as possible with you. If you are lonely, find someone you can bring friendship and blessings to. Turn away all the focus from yourself towards others and you´ll be closer to your meaning of life everyday.

Henry Ford once said "weather you think you can or think you can´t, you´re right"
That is so true. I have never seen anyone succeed when they think and say "it´s impossible, I can´t do it, it will never work"..
And unfortunately when you think negatively, you reap what you sow; you will draw negative persons to you, and if you do business, you draw to yourself people who don´t want anything, won´t buy, don´t think your service or product work and so on.
You often then start to think that you meet wrong people, that you would like to meet right people, but the only one you have to change is yourself and your thinking! Start by only listening to people who have succeeded in the area you want to succeed in, then start to invest money in your own changing; buy new books, magazines, cd:s and seminars and coaching. The money you invest in your own thinking and view of who you are, that´s money that will give you success for the rest of your life. Change your image, your talking, your friends..whatever needed. If you continue your life in exact same way as before-you can never expect different result, can you??

Today is business seminar about success and to win other peoples trust. I´ve been asked why is McCarthy better than rest of all business coaching, seminars and so on, and my answer has been; because it´s so complete and simple. It takes in so many different aspects, but still easy for any employee without knowledge in leadership, to understand and get the tools. In coaching we deliver something every session.
I have been a person that was shy and depended on others approval. But I have learned, studied, worked hard with myself to get over it and over the years I have learn to be proud (not pride) of what I´m doing and that´s a step to be taken. If you don´t respect yourself and what you´re doing,no one else will either.

how easily isn´t it that we look at all the things we haven´t done or can´t do... But you know, start looking at the things you HAVE done and the things you CAN do. Focus on them and they will grow and you´ll begin to see more of them.
