Today it´s been cooler in the air and tomorrow we have august here. I have had some vacation, not 100%, but I have taken care of the most important things only; orders, bills etc.
But from this week I will again write my weekly calender and the 6 most important list every night. That´s great ways if you think you have too little time sometimes. Every night when you go to bed-make your 6 most important list. What´s the 6 most important things you have to do next day and in which order. Never put more than 6. If you don´t have time to finish all 6, the ones that left are the ones on top the next day.
And every sunday you make your weekly plan. I love the most to use different colors for different things, for example; blue for family, red for work, green for training, yellow for own time... By doing this you can have a balance in your life, you´ll see that there are enough of each color. By filling in this, you are also taking responsibility for your time. If you have tuesday evening family time, then no friend can draw you out on anything. Because if you don´t decide your own time, someone else will and that´s not taking responsibility for your life!! When you do this you also put things easier in order of importance. Maybe you´ll suddenly notice, you choose to spend your time with different things than before. Half an hour at least a day less by television or computer, will make time for greater things.
This time management is great for everyone, but especially if you want to be somewhere else in 5 years than you are today- then you got to start making changes in how you spend your time. Because if you continue doing same things as yesterday, you will be at the same place you were yesterday....
