Today it´s been cooler in the air and tomorrow we have august here. I have had some vacation, not 100%, but I have taken care of the most important things only; orders, bills etc.
But from this week I will again write my weekly calender and the 6 most important list every night. That´s great ways if you think you have too little time sometimes. Every night when you go to bed-make your 6 most important list. What´s the 6 most important things you have to do next day and in which order. Never put more than 6. If you don´t have time to finish all 6, the ones that left are the ones on top the next day.
And every sunday you make your weekly plan. I love the most to use different colors for different things, for example; blue for family, red for work, green for training, yellow for own time... By doing this you can have a balance in your life, you´ll see that there are enough of each color. By filling in this, you are also taking responsibility for your time. If you have tuesday evening family time, then no friend can draw you out on anything. Because if you don´t decide your own time, someone else will and that´s not taking responsibility for your life!! When you do this you also put things easier in order of importance. Maybe you´ll suddenly notice, you choose to spend your time with different things than before. Half an hour at least a day less by television or computer, will make time for greater things.
This time management is great for everyone, but especially if you want to be somewhere else in 5 years than you are today- then you got to start making changes in how you spend your time. Because if you continue doing same things as yesterday, you will be at the same place you were yesterday....

wall words
In our webbshop we sell a lot of "wallwords". We don´t make them ourselves but buy from different manufacturers. Some of them don´t have descriptions how to put them on the wall so I made a little video. I tell how to do in Finnish but you can also see it.

They have a nice temperature when working; +33C there today:)

Money management
under 20 years as entrepreneur I hope I learn something about money management:). At least as the company listed AAA-ranking, which is the best you can achieve and only 4,6% of the companies ever get there.
Thats why I also love companies as Vemma- everybody can get started as entrepreneur with their own business for a very small amount of money, and you get paid for everything you do. that is so genious because otherwise marketing costs a lot of money. So it´s brilliant to give to those promoting the products.
Small advice quickly;
of all the money you earn (wheather it´s very little or much) you´ll got to;
save some, spend some and give some.
Invest 10% of everything you´ll earn, give away 10% (what we sow we will eventually reap) and spend no more than 70%. If you can´t manage on that, you´ll have to make a budget and see where you must tighten. The rest 10% you can pay of your debts (more than the monthly minimi amount). This advice goes for both your private finances and your business.

In our company we also have electronic engineer and they work a lot with a company that build houses. So tomorrow they are leaving for Åland with a kebab restaurant house:)

new blog
I have decided to start a new blog about my company. I have a private blog and of course I write about how it is to have two companies and be a mother of five children and so on... but I felt I´d rather also have a separate blog just for my company.
